Mrs. Pretzer - always full of new ideas on how to make learning fun.  Many tactile tools in the room to reinforce learning with a 'hands on' approach.

  • A little about Mrs. Pretzer:
    • Attended WELS schools from Kindergarten through High School in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
    • She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education with emphasis on English in 1995 from DMLC (Dr. Martin Luther College).
    • Her first call was here at St. John's for the 2nd grade.  Since then, she has taught 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 8th grades; where 2 of the 4 years included combination class teaching.
    • Mrs. Pretzer has coached Girl's Cheerleading and Co-ed softball, directed Junior and Senior Handbell Choirs, and has accompanied and sung with the Senior Choir.  Mrs. Pretzer was also St. John's piano teacher in the past.
